Back to Basics in 2019

Gone are the days of the 'Kate Middleton' lacy Princess wedding dress and here is the 'Megan Markel' simple gown era.

Now I have to admit that I am a fan of the delicate lacy-back wedding gown, designers have become so clever in their placement of the beautifully cut lace aswell as what to leave bare - the results are breathtaking. However it is a welcome change to see what 2019 holds - simple, lace-less exquisitely cut dresses.

It seems it doesn't matter the silhouette, whether a boat-necked ball gown like the latest Princess or a slinky fishtail, the material just has to be beautiful quality and unembellished to be on trend for this coming year.

So timeless elegance can be the theme of your wedding! At least it's a decision you won't regret when you look back at your photos in 10 years time!
